About the Role
As a Medical Billing Specialist at Techofy, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant claim submissions that directly impact healthcare providers’ financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and track medical claims with accuracy and compliance.
- Review denials and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
- Coordinate with AR and denial management teams.
- Communicate with payers to expedite reimbursements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, billing, or finance.
- 2+ years of medical billing experience.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with multiple EHR/EMR systems.
- Knowledge of payer-specific requirements and policies.
- Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CPB).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
